What are the shipping costs for bulk orders?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery location. We offer flat-rate curbside delivery for palletized orders, and free shipping is available for select bulk quantities within the contiguous US.
Does rubber mulch attract bugs or pests?
No. Unlike wood mulch, rubber does not decompose and does not provide a food source for termites, carpenter ants, or other wood-boring insects.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, full pallets within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
