At Rubber Mulch, we stand behind the quality of our sustainable landscaping solutions and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused, bagged products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions for your bulk or bagged items.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure the rubber mulch is in its original packaging and securely palletized if applicable; products must be clean and free of yard debris to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Arrange for a freight carrier or parcel service to return the items to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer packaging.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee and initial shipping costs.
